It was such a hassle to get the truck, I was bounced from department to department and it was already stressful to have to move but no one was any help until I finally got into contact with someone who actually cared about my issue, she walked me through everything and saw the issue I was having, moving is already hard, there should be better customer service. I am not sure if I would use U-Haul for my next move due to this experience I was on the phone for an hour. Do better with the customer service.
