We had to put gas up have the truck back on a Full tank of gas and when we arrived this location had NO GAS at any pump. We had to leave and go down the street to another gas station. Nobody came out to inspect the Rental, verify the Tank was on full or verify the mileage. I was told they only needed the key.

I was gone for 22 miles on the rental and also filled up with $20 of gas when I returned it and have a picture of how much fuel was in it. And still get charged $17.50 for fuel. 4 gallons

ALMEDIA LThe location was a bit shady, and run out of a sketchy Exxon gas station. I would pass by it if I needed gas. The attendant, who seemed nice enough, couldn't speak or understand much plain English and talked real quiet. He had me type in some of the information he needed on the rental for him. I didn't pick this location. Someone I spoke with at U-Haul did. I do believe there was a nicer U-Haul location close by. I would have rather gone there.
