The furniture dollies that we paid for were missing, the pick up was scheduled for in person, however when we arrived we were told to use the app to check ourselves in, and then we couldn't do that because we had to call someone to initiate a pickup code. Took us almost an hour to pick it up after finally getting the checking information done.

They are guessing the code to get the keys. I tried a lot of codes in a cold windy weather

jared mI never met anyone on site, but it was ok and accessible. The truck itself was horrible. The transmission is awful. The air conditioning never did get very cool and the fan was stuck on high only. The steering wheel is disgusting and deteriorated from sun damage and should be fully replaced because there was no coating on it and it was just spongy filth that got all over your hands.
