Nothing, great customer service
Kelly PSunny, the lady I dealt with at Devon Self Storage, was awesome. She was friendly, helpful, and customer oriented. But, U-Haul, you need to update your website. It is SLOW SLOW SLOW and not easy to use. In fact it SUCKS!!! If it wasn't for Sunny, I would have given up and gone to another company to rent the vehicle. Seriously, in this day and age, a faster, more user friendly website is a MUST.
