James did a great job but the location looks like a junk yard and there was no office due to work being done. I do not actually think there is an office. I requested Federal Hwy location but was given Congress. You need to find another location, this reflects very poorly on UHaul.

LEONARD NThe guy at the p/u location wouldn't let me sit and take pictures of the truck. He also said not to worry about the gas. It was 3/4 full and he said it's full enough and not to worry about filling it up to drop off.
