The person/owner put me as taking my trailer at 11:45am when I didn't get it until 3pm. The system then stated I had to have the trailer returned by 11:45am the next day. I got shorted by more than 3 hours.

REGINALD SThe staff was extremely friendly. There was no assistance offered helping attaching the trailer. Trailer brake/ turn signal did not work. Inside of trailer was dirty with hay that I’m allergic to I was required to return the trailer back to the original place I rented from and not my nearest U-Haul making it very inconvenient for me to rent
