We arrived at 9am to get our trailer per our reservation and no one was there. Only the car dealer rep that stated he didn't handle U-Haul. He called guy that did and he said he couldn't get there for 30 mins!!! Ridiculous! My husband had to do everything online. The situation put us behind by 45 minutes on our morning timeline out of town to boot the trailer was horrible it was bouncing all over the road. Couldn't drive any faster than 55 to keep it calm. Literally had a truck driver honk and waved to us to bring it to our attention which we already knew. It seems that you should be checking your equipment out before renting it to others as it was a waste of money, our time, and safety issue!
