The check-engine light illuminated on the dash the second day of the rental. The UH support person we called told us not to worry about the warning light. The tire pressure sensor inside one or more tires stopped working and illuminated another warning light on the dash. The cargo compartment leaked, damaging some of our stored inside. How tough is it to maintain a vehicle such that warning lights don’t appear? How tough is it to make sure that the roof and sides of the cargo compartment don’t leak? Cars and trucks have been sold for 130 years; surely you can do a better job of selecting and maintaining the vehicles that you rent.

Maurice BYou did not have a trailer where I was staying and you guys would not transport one to my facility. I had to go 60 miles one way to rent it, but not pleased with that type of service.
CHRISTOPHER FQuick process. Clean, well running truck. Not very good gas mileage, but that's what you get with a truck. Was easy to check out and back in. One note: When I returned the truck in the evening, around 7 p.m., there was an individual who approached me from the back lot saying that I could give the keys to him. I told him I was instructed to put the keys in the box. He just shrugged and walked away. I don't know if that person works for your operation. Maybe he does work there, but he looked a little rough around the edges.
Pete VHad trouble with the off hours pickup. A little confusing on using the APP. Not sure where the ball got dropped. My reservation wasn’t confirmed so had to do some phone calling to get things figured out.
