Had trouble with the off hours pickup. A little confusing on using the APP. Not sure where the ball got dropped. My reservation wasn’t confirmed so had to do some phone calling to get things figured out.

How U-Haul Reviews Work1) the online app for unlocking a rented truck really really stinks same is incredibly frustrating to use. I had to re-enter information multiple multiple times. Worst of all, the online chat session with U-Haul customer support was totally useless. Multiple frantic attempts reach out to online support went unanswered.
