You need to improve your online booking tool. I booked a trailer to be dropped off at a different location. However, this location would only rent for return to their location. Which cost me an additional 110 min of driving and fuel.

Gerry JI used the U-Haul Self-Return feature for this part of my trip and to finalize the truck rental return. The app walks you through taking photos and completing all the required steps—it took me about 20 minutes from start to finish. It’s a convenient option for self-service returns. As I was about to drop the key in the return box, the location attendant arrived. We had a brief, friendly exchange where I mentioned I had completed the self-service return. He pointed me to the key drop box and thanked me for making his job easier. Smooth and straightforward drop-off experience.
