Past rentals resulted in damage to my truck due to electrical shorts. It’s taken several years, repairs by Chrysler and working with Don, the Foxboro, Ontario owner/technician to identify where my electrical problems with the trailer circuit in my truck originated. This has resulted in over $200 in repairs on two different occasions to find that my truck wiring is perfect. An accident would have cost U-Haul a lot more than that.

harry mOriginal location was not open and had to divert to pickup equipment. I was told I could not return equipment other than where I picked it up. Quite annoying and delayed my day. Also, my name was misspelled.
