Kirk Kone of the tire straps had been installed incorrectly. therefore a twist was unable to be removed. It towed my vehicle fine since it had very small tires
Ross BThe staff at this location were very helpful , the actually lifted the trailer onto my hitch for me and took it off upon return , this was very helpful. This trailer was very heavy and for some reason there isn't a jack on the hitch. Putting jack's on the hitch's would be very helpful.
R-JEFFREY RWe have had a lot of snow and general winter..... I can understand if they are behind. The trailer had a foot of snow in it (open trailer) and the chains were frozen in. They gave me one that wasn't frozen in. I think when they know something is going out they would check it before the customer arrives. Two other places I have rented from do check the equipment and have even pulled it out for my arrival. A good place though.
