Sergio BSam the manager was out of the office. One of the mechanics tried to help me. Didn’t have a clue what he was doing. Overcharged me for insurance I didn’t ask for or need. Told me I could just drop the truck anywhere. Still trying to get my overcharge credited back to me. He has wasted a lot of my time talking with U-Haul on the phone that could have been spent helping my daughter move into her new house. If things don’t get resolved quickly I will be lodging a complaint with my Mastercard. Truck was great, service was deplorable!
