Stop business with them. Uninviting, rude, not helpful. Also charged me a cleaning fee even though I returned it cleaned. Not happy and I even returned it a day early too and didn't use as many miles as were given to me. Very upset with this outcome.

Using the app to book the rental was seamless—I was able to reserve a 15-foot truck, select my pickup time, and everything was ready when I arrived. The vehicle was clean, sealed, and in great condition. The team at this location, which also operates as LineX of Dayton, truly prioritizes customer service. They made sure I was taken care of and clearly explained all rental terms. The app walked me step-by-step through checking the vehicle’s condition, recording the odometer reading, and uploading necessary photos—all of which made pickup and drop-off very efficient, even after hours. Returning the truck was just as easy. I followed the same app-guided steps, dropped the keys in the after-hours drop box, and was done. The truck worked perfectly and made moving my wife’s aunt into her new apartment smooth and stress-free. Thank you to the outstanding team at this location for a truly positive rental experience. I’ll absolutely rent from here again.
