I may be just be overreacting, but just didn't feel welcome. My greating was two guys out front of the entrance of building and as I went to go in to drop off key, one of the guys sticks out his hand and just asks, dropping off. I replied yes and he asked if I had App. to which I did not. He said he would take care of it. He didn't introduce himself muchless seem interested in looking at truck as I went to mention filling up tank. Hope you received truck back. Again, may just be my expectation of business like dealings. Maybe just ready to go home.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI had issues with the U-Haul app during after hours pickup not saving photos.
Craig SLocation was easy to find and truck I reserved was ready to go for mobile app pick up at time I reserved, was clean, and ready to go. The check engine light did come on during my use of the truck but did not affect how it ran and I was able to complete the move. App pick up and return was fairly easy with the location Line-X being closed on Saturday. Only issue was the app reset (or I somehow reset it myself) during the pick up procedure and I had to start over taking photos in the rain. All in all, as easy as past rentals where I dealt with an agent in person.
