Location was easy to find and truck I reserved was ready to go for mobile app pick up at time I reserved, was clean, and ready to go. The check engine light did come on during my use of the truck but did not affect how it ran and I was able to complete the move. App pick up and return was fairly easy with the location Line-X being closed on Saturday. Only issue was the app reset (or I somehow reset it myself) during the pick up procedure and I had to start over taking photos in the rain. All in all, as easy as past rentals where I dealt with an agent in person.
