MICHAEL LExtremely disappointed with the customer service experience while trying to rent a U-Haul truck at Maurers Trading Post. We arrived on time with a reservation, but ended up waiting over 45 minutes because the staff prioritized walk-in customers who were there for an in-store promotion. It felt like our time didn't matter. On top of that, the internet wouldn't connect, which just added to the delay - but there didn't seem to be any urgency or effort to resolve it quickly. Renting a U-Haul should be a smooth and timely process. Instead, it was frustrating and poorly managed. Definitely rethink this location.

john cThis has not been a good experience at all my card has been charged 3 times for the same rental and all I get told is sir it’s been refunded which is not true , one of the transactions have been refunded out of 3 so yeah not a very good experience
