I asked not to have the utility cart which I had reserved. I told her that, it doesn't show on and of the records. When I looked at the gas driving away, I called the location, and told her it was not at 3/4 of a tank is was 5/8 at best. she would not update the records and told me I had to call the 800 number.

I don't know why I had to drop u haul off at this location again. Why didn't it go to a closer location for drop off? The app is not user friendly

NORMAN FFirst every person I dealt with was professional and nice. My complaint is with what happens to be a giant corporate failure. I rented a 15 ft. truck in Milwaukee to move my daughter from Chicago to Denver. I picked up the truck at an independent remote site. I had reserved three furniture dollys. The location had none. A phone call to corporate explained to me that these independent remote sites often don’t have anything other than the truck and I would need to go to a corporate center to get my dollys. WHY WAS THIS NOT MADE CLEAR TO ME WHEN I RESERVED THE TRUCK OVER A MONTH IN ADVANCE. I had contacted help in Chicago and didn’t have the hour plus time it would have taken to go get the dollys. DO YOU UNDERSTAND HOW MUCH MORE DIFFICULT THIS MADE MY MOVE! U-Haul figure this out. One Star
