They seemed unsure if they had the equipment and I had a reservation for over a month. U Haul changed the location on me the night before as well. The location had to get one of their employees on the phone to help me. No one on site seemed to be familiar with the process. Difficult communications.

Easy and fast pickup and drop off. Truck was clean and ready to go.
Marko GThe location was fine but the app wouldn’t work so we were told to just skip the check in photos which was concerning. Fortunately the vehicle didn’t have any damage to document. The gentleman helping us said the app often does not work.
