This rental location was excellent and the pick up prices was as smooth as could be expected. The problem I had was that this was the fourth U-Haul location I stopped at to rent a trailer, wasting almost two full hours of time and a lot of needless driving.

The pickup and equipment was good. The people there were reasonably helpful. What I didn't like is that they would not go over the final bill with me when I returned the equipment. As it turned out, I was charged for an extra day. I was there on time, and according to the contract, had until 1pm to return equipment. I got the final bill via email, then had to go through customer service to have an refund issued. This is unnecessary friction, and left me feeling like I was being defrauded. The issue that I had was that I was charged for an extra day. The refund was issued, but I still feel like U-haul was either sloppy, or being deceitful. Will make me question any future business.
