The guy at rhe counter was working his ass off doing such a great job, but the Uhaul rental feels like such a side business. It didn't seem to be that much of importance. Plus, I was missing two pieces of equipment I originally ordered with the truck. That was later reimbursed to me which I appreciate, though still dissappointing.

Ashley GI scheduled pick up using the app before hours for 730 am. No one put keys in box or arranged pick up. I had to wait until store opened which was also opened late. This caused me to be late by over an hour.

Walter SThis rental location was excellent and the pick up prices was as smooth as could be expected. The problem I had was that this was the fourth U-Haul location I stopped at to rent a trailer, wasting almost two full hours of time and a lot of needless driving.
