The location was fine but the app wouldn’t work so we were told to just skip the check in photos which was concerning. Fortunately the vehicle didn’t have any damage to document. The gentleman helping us said the app often does not work.

Kathy KThe guy at rhe counter was working his ass off doing such a great job, but the Uhaul rental feels like such a side business. It didn't seem to be that much of importance. Plus, I was missing two pieces of equipment I originally ordered with the truck. That was later reimbursed to me which I appreciate, though still dissappointing.
