The rep went over and above what I usually get when renting from U-Haul
ERIN CEquipment was dirty and when picked up, Was told I had to have it cleaner than when I picked it up. Staff was very rude. I dropped it off the next day and he charged my credit card for cleaning, without even going to look at the truck. I argued with him but he said too bad
