It was after hours so this rating is moot. As mentioned above. I got ripped off about the truck having some hair or fur some ridiculous thing- found on the truck floor , post-move - and had to pay an extra fee, that is ridiculous I did clean the truck and feel I was taken advantage of. I would like that extra charge refunded.

EARL STruck was muddy, in addition when asked if we wanted mobile pick up, we said no. The mobile check in is horrible. In addition we were just charged for gas. We did not receive a full tank and took a picture of that.
