The actual uhaul staff and service was excellent. The website, online chat and centralized phone number was awful and made costly mistakes

Truck was muddy, in addition when asked if we wanted mobile pick up, we said no. The mobile check in is horrible. In addition we were just charged for gas. We did not receive a full tank and took a picture of that.

BARRY EWhy was I charged extra miles? Do you not give enough miles to make the damn trip? I drove from there to my house in Parker and then Clarion! This is bull shit, I didn’t drive anywhere else and even brought it back with more gas in it, where is my discount for that. I will not be using g u haul ever again. You knew my home address and where I was dropping it off, so why was I charged more???? I even brought it back a day early! Never again will I use u-haul if you can’t even calculate the mileage correctly!
