Very professional, responsive and customer focused
HOSHANG AU-Haul is a joke, why do I have to get screwed because y'all choose to accept last minute reservations? I drove a total of 50 miles out of my way to return a truck I was originally told I could return to a closer location. Was told my mileage would be comped and I was charged for all of it. Never using U-Haul again, terrible experience every single time.
