Super easy check in and very helpful.
Thomas DI asked for the $15 insurance package and I was billed for $30. I was also billed for two full days rather than 27 hours. Drop off on Sunday morning was easy enough, but check out process, if there is one, wasn't explained, so perhaps that was the problem. Overall it was relatively easy, I just feel like I was charged more than I expected.
