Upon pickup We had to wait 20 minutes for thendealer to arrive. Then another 20 minutes while he gather info from another customer at which point we had to drive 10 miles to the dealer house where the contract took 20 minutes to complete and we had tondr8ve the 10 mile back to the truck. Th3 man was very nice but the inconvenience to get the truck on a time schedule as the place we were buying from was closing soon. We acomplished our pickup bu5 it was too stressful and inconvenient. Robert TThe uhaul app itself kinda freaked out when I was taking pictures for drop off and exited out and would not let me back to it also the drop box key slot was kinda hard to get the keys into a little to narrow
randal bNo one came after calling the number, to help with check-in. This location is a shack, with no one there during normal business hours. My cell reception was poor here, so very difficult to manage a turn-in using the app, without the attendant present. This location is basically a gravel parking lot with a drop box.
Gary PLocation was dark so taking pictures of the truck would not work. Could not load the uhaul app while at this location so I could not complete the drop off online. This should not be a 24 hour drop off location since internet is spotty here and it's too dark after hours to complete the check in.
