I scheduled my vehicle for Paoli because I specifically did not want to use this location. It is not an office of any kind. It is a shed on the edge of the woods with a number on the door and the man who runs it lives in a different location. Days before my pickup I received notification that my vehicle was moved and I should pick it up here. I called and asked about it because of having an issue there before, and asked if I could come early and was told it doesn't matter when I come, as everything would be done on my phone. Guess what? I couldn't. I spent nearly an hour and a half waiting while he and U-haul figured it all out. During this time, when it seemed all hope was lost, U-haul offered to let me pick up a similar vehicle at the place where I had originally booked. Unbelievable. In that time, my scheduled movers gave up and left, which was a massive issue as I am older and ended up having to load the truck myself into the late night, which then made the seven hour drive less comfortable and tiring than it should have been. Not sure where to place the blame, but it was definitely a cluster that could have been avoided.

John WUpon pickup We had to wait 20 minutes for thendealer to arrive. Then another 20 minutes while he gather info from another customer at which point we had to drive 10 miles to the dealer house where the contract took 20 minutes to complete and we had tondr8ve the 10 mile back to the truck. Th3 man was very nice but the inconvenience to get the truck on a time schedule as the place we were buying from was closing soon. We acomplished our pickup bu5 it was too stressful and inconvenient.
