The pickup location was not a legitimate facility in any sense. There was no office, no signage, and no staff presence. Instead, I was met by a woman conducting business from the hood of her car, parked behind a body shop and directly in front of a boarded-up house. The location had none of the equipment that I had specifically reserved—including the dolly and furniture pads—yet these items remained on my contract, leaving me financially responsible for equipment that was never available at the time of pickup. The situation was unprofessional, unacceptable, and completely misrepresented by U-Haul’s system.

The truck was so nasty inside it smelled like someone was living in there and using it as a personal toilet. Reeked of urine and what looked to be signed of feces. I had to clean it out with bleach because it was horrible smelling.
Marisela JThe truck was fine and the girl that helped check out the Truck was very friendly and helpful. The Truck yard appeared very unorganized with broken down cars everywhere. There was no customer service counter. I had requested an appliance dolly with my reservation and there was not one available when I arrived. I had to purchase one at a significant expense to accommodate my move.
Steven MThey have no office and had to meet us outside. The truck has the check engine light on and the attendant told us about it. Upon return, they told us to just leave the keys under the drivers seat and leave. We did this since No one was there to verify our dropoff. Then I received a text message about the truck not being returned. I will never recommend this location to anyone. UHaul should be embarrassed to have this as a location for business unless they make changes to their operation.
