Team was very helpful and friendly. Worked hard to get me in and out quickly. Ordered a furniture dolly that was unavailable. Truck was extremely dirty and old. Could barely see out of the windshield from dirt. Just bad luck on an old unit.

Rebekah GThe pick up was stressful as we weren't able to easily get into lock box to pick up truck and had to call repeatedly and this was suppose to be app guided process. The app didnt allow me to log initial milage so when dropping off it kept saying my mileage was less then what I started with. However, the drop of was easy.
