Person on the counter was not polite, talking back to me and did not let me talk or explain. This location is run down. The service terrible I’m sorry I don’t usually like to leave a bad review but this place needs help . Poor service

I was told I would get a refund from the supplies the pick up location could not supply once truck was returned. ($84 plus tax) refund was never given. (Not the drop-off location’s issue, the pickup location stated this.)
JILLIAN AI cannot rate this place because the facility was closed on the day I dropped off. Overall, I am unhappy with UHaul and the process and the fact that everything was inconvenient and it costed me a lot of things that was inconvenient and then, they say I owe a balance. I am appalled.
