Orlando wI rented the truck with the mileage ending in 999 and I returned it 5 miles later and was charged for 10 miles and 2 gallons of gas for 5 miles… Number one the mileage is wrong cause they put it was 994 and it was 999… I know that splitting hairs but it’s still not right… I was charged an additional 20 some dollars for 2 gallons of gas and additional mileage
MARK YWe picked up the U-Haul and the check engine light was on, we called them right away as we pulled out and they said that the U-Haul would be fine and to just continue to use it. We packed it up and left to move to Oklahoma, and the U-Haul would not accelerate and started shaking, and the check engine light was blinking the whole time. We weren’t sure if we would be able to make it to our destination or return the U-Haul so we were in contact with Juan who was the manager of that location. He was helpful and told us to submit a refund request so we submitted it through corporate through Kevin and Kevin was very helpful but we have not since heard back at all on the refund. We ended up having to reschedule our movers to help us unload because we could not make it in time to get unloaded.
