Karma DAs in time pass, dropping off a vehicle after hours has its hiccups. It's not as simple as the instructions advised. It's always time consuming.
spencer FThe van was clean, but the "oil change required" light was on. It also lost more than normal of MPH going up hill and acted like it didnt have a ton of power at times. I did convey this to them in the turn in section. The lady I met when I picked up the Uhaul was extremely nice, but the man that I turned it into wasn't. I had an issue with the extra optional insurance that I am certain I did not add on. The lady told me she could not change it on her end and to call customer service and they will help me, but when I turned it in and asked about the $75 extra I was charged when I know I didnt choose the insurance, the man said "You had to of." At that point, I just said ill call customer service because I know that I ddint. I was very careful and triple checked everything before I reserved it. I did call customer service and they are disputing the charges for me. I was also charged $10/gallon for gas when I brought it back with more then it had in it. So hopefully both charges are refunded! For these reasons, I probably wouldnt recommend this location.
Angela SVery friendly, helpful and answers all my questions. I feel my car is safe in the parking lot, and the van/trucks are always ready and clean with a full tank of gas.
