I was never notified about my rental app. I never had access to u haul app. I had problems opening up lock box at location. Lock was difficult. I had to call u haul twice to get access to my contact and waited 99 minutes on phone just to get a person, and finish process to get to my truck. It dramatically slowed down my moving process. I wish the rental place was open on Sunday. I had many problems...
