It took multiple calls and 45 minutes to sort out where the keys were. Notes in app and from U-Haul call center indicated to go inside to pick up keys, but location not staffed. Keys eventually found in box on porch after U-Haul call center called personal number of location (sorry but I’m not in the habit of routing through someone else’s property, especially with a “no trespassing” sign by the porch). Would not recommend this location.
