Just to check more carefully the equipment before it is rented.
Juan PI wasn’t allowed to view any processed statements or anything before I signed my signature and was just told to sign and it put me in a deficit because I didn’t or wasn’t able to record the gas that was currently in a vehicle and or deny the insurance which I was charged for both

Jayantibhail PThe experience was terrible from being stuck outside in the heat, no signs to tell you to go into a building that looks like an old storage container. Being created by a man with one shoe, the manager was available by phone but talked over me the entire time. Nothing was clear. Nothing was professional. I would drive thirty minutes in any direction to find a truck from another location. This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had with UHaul.
