This was a horrible experience the tow Dollie broke and I had to wait three hours and I never got a replacement so I had to drive several miles out of the way to find a replacement and by the time I was finished, it took me 12 hours to make a four hour trip. I was told I was going to get a refund by the manager and I don’t know that if that’s happening yet.

It was nice people help me out
Aaron EInspect and maintain your equipment. I don’t see any effort or attempt to check equipment other than visual checks and light/wiring tests.

Rosita LIt took multiple calls and 45 minutes to sort out where the keys were. Notes in app and from U-Haul call center indicated to go inside to pick up keys, but location not staffed. Keys eventually found in box on porch after U-Haul call center called personal number of location (sorry but I’m not in the habit of routing through someone else’s property, especially with a “no trespassing” sign by the porch). Would not recommend this location.
