Equipment was in great condition. But unfortunately that’s about all that was good. Picked up a large truck for a 12 hr rental, and it cost me $25 to park my car there for those 12 hours. This was in addition to the rental contract and could only be paid in cash (not sure if this is a scam being run or not) and this parking fee was not disclosed when I selected this rental place. I also drove the truck for 35 miles, and put 10 gallons of gas in it before returning (have picture of receipt), yet somehow I was charged for fuel at return. When I left the gauges said 140 miles till empty, when I returned it the gauge said 196 miles till empty. Clearly the starting fuel was set wrong. I would say this is on me but no paperwork is given when you pick it up, so no way to verify anything before driving off. Very nonchalant and easy-going at pick-up which you think is great and then you find out why when you return it. Wouldn’t recommend this place for rentals. Read the other reviews… my experience is not unique and others have had the same (if not worse) experiences.
Ryan WThe attendant filled out all the rental questions online. He selected the most expensive insurance coverage with out asking me how much coverage I might want. I was expecting the rental cost to be $177 but it was $214. When I questioned why the increase, he ignored my request, ran my credit card and would not consider my concerns. He then rush me out to get to the next customer.
Jeff FWas over charged when I send picture of millage and gas gage when I picked up the truck and when I dropped off the truck and also charged me for safe move and I never checked that box and asked why I was charged for those things and what I needed to do to get a refund and he would not respond.
Chad SThe pickup process was difficult due to the website not working. It also looks like the previous renter used the trailer for lawn equipment, so it was not clean.
