HOLLY MBooked my U-Haul at a special rate of 84.00. Y’all changed pick up location and then upped my rate to 120.00, now can’t seem to get answers for it. Guess hertz will be used for my rental needs.
STEPHEN HI would not recommend uhaul to no one i had made a reservation for the Birmingham alabama fairgrounds location and there was no truck available when I arrived and there was no other option this left me we no truck on my moving day I will never rent from uhaul ever again
