I initallily rented the trailer for 2 days. I ended up only needing it 1 day. I was still charged for 2 day. The lady said she tried to fix it but the system would not let her. I told her i would contact U-haul about it.

WILLIAM Lthe side mirrors to the rental box truck were NOT ADJUSTABLE to drive safely!
MELVENA TThe interior of the truck was not clean. I didn't sweat it too much because I understand that it's a Uhaul truck. But this was a little beyond untidy!
