Have the truck I reserved over a month ago at the location I picked instead of switching truck size and location the day before.
Lawson SI’m old and just wanted to walk in, talk to a live human and rent a U-haul. Ended up getting a lot of texts and emails from U-haul. I downloaded the U-haul App. I still showed up at 7:00 AM at the wrong location (which was same location I walked in and made reservation). Does it have to be this complicated for old people? I just want to rent a U-haul. I don’t want to download Apps, get more texts and emails and upload pictures of odometer, fuel level, & everything else. You should pay me for doing all of that. Isn’t that someone’s job?
