SUPER EASY -STARTED ON LINE BUT COULD NOT FINISH - HAD TROUBLE TAKING PICS WITH THE PRIOR TO LEAVING AND WHEN RETURNING AFTER HOURS BUT THE OAKWOOD TIRE LOCATION TOOK CARE OF IT WITH NO PROBLEMS
DONALD RWe were provided incorrect info for return location. Also, the truck had less than 1/4 tank of gas so we had to stop immediately. The agent did not walk us out to I d sad levy the truck; he handed us the key snd directed us go find the truck n our own. The big cardboard window thing was in the truck and took up so much seating space.

GARY HStaff and equipment were great. The pickup and return area are very tight and muddy.
