Equipment was great. New and very clean. the pickup at Golden Classics was a sketchy place. Nice older gentleman having problems with the U-haul web site. took a little long to get checked in. Not a very good representative place in terms of the location was an old "flea Market" type of store. very musty smelling. My equipment only had 50 miles to empty. 1/8 tank. had to go find gas station quickly.

John DI had a RSVP’s made to pick up no one’s there and several people tried to help on the phone and it was a mess took me 2 hours to get my U-Haul that I finally had to do online and then the price they quoted me ended up being double what we paid. Pretty bad expierence.
