Charged me an additional 25 dollars because I didn't put it back? Also, tried to charge me 25 dollars if I didn't hook up the trailer myself? NEVER had this issue before at other uhaul places, they've always hooked up my trailer there and was never charged a fee for returning it. I've filed a formal complaint with the corporate office.

Cam RVehicle was not clean at pick-up (cigarette butts, trash in cab). TPS, airbag and seat belt warning lights remained on throughout the rental.
Brian HThe first thing that they should do is get rid of Spencer. Period Spencer is one of their employees who was given a job with a little bit of authority. And he abuses that authority he threatens people. I have multiple text messages where I can submit to you. He is lucky somebody. Has not lost their temper and gone off on him. You hall should be ashamed. I'm allowing somebody of such menial. Mental capacity. The heavy position that they have and to represent the face of you haul. Absolutely p***** off about this.
