I had a problem with the process in the app, since it gave failures in the request, giving a time other than the desired one for rent, also for the delivery the system did not allow me to upload the photos and evidence of delivery. But the rest of the process was U Haul quality worthy. thanks

I had to go to 3 locations to get a truck. The experience was a total disaster!!!!!
Tom S.It was not the location it was the truck, 2 tires almost flat, brakes in very bad condition; the engine had little to no oil pressure causing truck to have to be stopped and turned off multiple times. I will have to think twice before renting with U-Haul ever again.
