The uhaul app is the absolute worst. Not the fault of this location but corporate should definitely visit the app and design.

JEANE BFirst of all, I had to change locations for pickup one day prior to me picking up the trailer although I had had a reservation for over a month at the first location. They told me the trailer I reserved had been picked up by Uhaul for routine maintenance. The manager at the second location had to help me hook up the trailer and she was not very knowledgeable about the process. I initially begin driving off without the ball secured, which she had connected. There was no one available to help me unhook the trailer on Sunday when I returned it and had to put it outside the fence in a difficult area to back into. The trailer pulled fine with no problems with lights or etc. That part was a pleasant experience.
