How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe truck was filthy upon pick up, drinks spilled everywhere, cigarettes ashes all over, dash screen filthy, the brakes were awful had to slam them all the way to the ground to stop. The check in online wouldn’t take my photos, couldn’t complete it. Took over 13 minutes to “verify” my rental after we arrived at the location and sat there in the heat waiting, although it was already confirmed and email received to come pick it up. Truck was not parked where it said it would be. Horrible experience all the way around.

Darrold PI thought I was supposed to drop off the truck snd trailer one place. Then I received communications telling me to drop it off somewhere else. Then I got communication saying I should gave dropped it off at the first place. I was so confused. No one was around to check in the vehicle, so I couldn't explain all the issues I had until later, and even though I returned the truck with the exact same amount of fuel as when I got the truck (even the guy who gave it to me said to retutn it with "just more than a quarter tank" and I did, I still got charged for three gallons of gas. I can only assume it was burned taking the truck to the other location.
