On line check in or drop off is difficult. Nobody was at pick up location. Drop off location had personnel to assist.

SEAN TWhen you send the final receipt by email it should to be made to in large on screen. Mine receipt would not. Not all of us have good vision to read that small. As far as the folks where I rented from they were great. As far as rental cost, charging a whole day for only using 5 hours over it is very wrong you should prorate the time used. It's unprofessional. You making extra money off folks is wrong. Thank you for your time and have a good day.
