THE U-HAUL APP IS JUNK!!! It took me 1 1/2 hours to get it working and be on my way with the Rental truck (From 10 am to 11:45 am)

GEORGE PRented a dollie and wasn't in truck and was not given instructions that I needed to go inside to get. Was told I'd get refunded but still waiting on refund.
