it was clean not maintained. i rented a 15 footer it was old and had seen better days. driving down the highway it sounded like the window was down it was not. had to fight to keep it in the lane handled terribly.

I can't think of anything to change. The online order was easy enough to fill out to reserve the truck. And loved the low-rate guarantee. So, if you end up going over on miles and or time, they redo the charges, so you get the lower price.
