Brian mMore information to customer. I went to three different locations this week and had three very different informational experiences. Biggest problem overall is Uhaul itself. I should NOT have had to drive over an hour to pick up a truck i reserved weeks before.
JESSI WUsually after hours when dropping off but access easy and accessible.
Amanda BGas gauge broken, left note, still got charged extra and I only had half a tank starting out. I took a picture for proof, but again, gauge broken. Not cleaned out. Transmission working hard, even accelerating slowly. Brakes were funky too. I've never had these issues with Uhaul before.
