The owner was a nice enough guy but we were put in an a very awkward and tough position. We called them a couple days before to get information on a 26’ truck rental for a one day trip. Pick up in Gardiner and drop off in Wolfeboro NH. 100 mile aprx. The owner quoted me the price per mile and typical rental cost for dropping off back in Gadiner. We had a whole conversation about it not being returned and being dropped off in Wolfeboro. I asked him if there was a location there and he stated there was something like 22,000 locations nationwide wide to drop off . I drove over an hour to pick it up he put info in system and it went from the quoted $450 to nearly $900 dollars. For a 1 day 100 mile trip. If I knew that I would have figured something else out. I was stuck with a time constraint and 4 people that adjusted their day to be there and an hr and a half from home. Very disappointing as this was a favor for a friends wedding where a mover bailed on them last second.

it was great
PETER CThe one guy that works there is so slow and just wants to talk the whole time, about inappropriate stuff like how his wife thinks he's cheating on her. The pick up process was rough. And then I did the whole return process through the app, which was great, but he came running out to ask for the keys while I was trying to drive away and chastised me for using the online system instead of talking to him.
