The one guy that works there is so slow and just wants to talk the whole time, about inappropriate stuff like how his wife thinks he's cheating on her. The pick up process was rough. And then I did the whole return process through the app, which was great, but he came running out to ask for the keys while I was trying to drive away and chastised me for using the online system instead of talking to him.
