The location was closed so I had no option but to choose "Yes" or "No" for the question above, "Were the personnel helpful?". The location is not in the best shape. I would recommend this location to a friend only because it is the closest location to my home. The cell service in this area was 5G but still kept dropping, which made the U-Haul app not work properly. I completed step 1, the app then restarted and I had to fill out step 1 again, then it moved to step 3, then back to step 1, then to step 4. Anyway, the drop-off process was better than waiting for the location to be open.

Kevin BFirst off, they had to change my guaranteed rental to a smaller truck which cost me more mileage because I had to make two trips instead of one. Then when I showed up to pick up the keys via the 24 seven truck share program thing they were not available and I had to wait until the shop opened. There were screws, nails and other furniture types of hardware in the back of the truck and some small refuse in the cab.
