Daniel LThe only thing to improve is to explain to a new customer like me is 39.99 to just rent then we add insurance and all other stuff is better to said is going to cost you about 200.00 dollars to rent because I thought it just was 40.00 to rent y 1.49 per mile this rental left my account overdraft on my behalf I would never rent again
Maria EThe location was closed so I had no option but to choose "Yes" or "No" for the question above, "Were the personnel helpful?". The location is not in the best shape. I would recommend this location to a friend only because it is the closest location to my home. The cell service in this area was 5G but still kept dropping, which made the U-Haul app not work properly. I completed step 1, the app then restarted and I had to fill out step 1 again, then it moved to step 3, then back to step 1, then to step 4. Anyway, the drop-off process was better than waiting for the location to be open.
