The rental agent (I totally forgot his name) was super nice and very personable.
Kevin BFirst off, they had to change my guaranteed rental to a smaller truck which cost me more mileage because I had to make two trips instead of one. Then when I showed up to pick up the keys via the 24 seven truck share program thing they were not available and I had to wait until the shop opened. There were screws, nails and other furniture types of hardware in the back of the truck and some small refuse in the cab.
David BThe truck was clean put the the check engine light was on they let me take it anyway got 3/4 the way down and it started running rough I mentioned that to were I turned it in at car city in North Carolina the price was outrageous I had to do it anyway I would not recommend U-Haul
Wesley WThe truck was absolutely filthy inside, but what irritated me the most was that I had put in $10 worth of gas and only had went 14 miles. The needle was well above where the gas gauge was when I rented the vehicle and the owner still charged my card for gas, which was definitely not acceptable and has not returned a message to me at all asking for a refund for the gas that I had put in.
