If I had anything negative to say, it would not be about the Gardner location. Fantastic customer support. I live in Leominster. I rent a 6x12 weekly for 2 days. But am never sure of the dates. Recently I have had to travel to find a rental. I’m at the point of purchasing a similar trailer because of the lack of convenience and worry about availability. Your inventory is too tight for this market. Leominster has a large population and need.
NEIL ZMike was very helpful and provided clear explanations about the rental process. I would happily rent a UHaul from ACE Automotive in the future.
