Attitude poor again. 2nd time rental here. I have Rented from Keene, athol, Leominster (mostly) locations. Very satisfied with those. Especially great are Leominster central st. and Keene nh. Was told my 8 hour reservation could not be honored due to another reservation. Had to be 7 hour, which I did comply. Uhaul system fault I was told. Not my problem. I wanted an 8' truck to pick up a dresser and a chest, was told only had a 15' available. When I got there, they had 2 - 8' trucks parked there and they were still there after I returned the 15' truck. Only needed the truck for less than an hour. The 15' truck had lots of snow on the roof and rear bumper and tailgate. That should have been cleaned off.JON G.

Make the app process easier by trimming some of the steps off. I tried it and it was frustrating and not very easy. Just to get the key and secure the truck took 40 mins. That to long. You already had all my info and lic picture ,when I registered online then i had to go through it all again. Not very user friendly.Steven M.

I was taken for $165 by the Ujaul Help Move contractor whom answered the phone drunk and then never showed up and stole my money. My 2nd choice did a good job but it cost 2x as much as it should have. If I don't get my money back I will post this review on youtube so that Uhaul will be recognized of ripoff companyMichael B.

This place is the most difficult place to drop off a uhaul, the guy was really weird, truck was dirty, the app is so stupid to manuever and if you don't have access to the app you have to pay 20$. He expects you to clean the trucks but when they are recieved they are gross. Would not recommend.Alexis M.

This is technically a critique of both the Rental Location and the lack of communication and documentation with U-Haul customer service. The U-Haul website was having technical difficulties, and I was unable to log in my truck after hours. I spent over half an hour on hold with U-Haul trying to check the truck back in through Customer Service. At the end of an hour, I was able to log the truck in over the phone. Sunday I received a call from U-Haul that the truck was overdue. I called U-Haul again, confirmed the truck had been logged in with Customer Service the night before, and hoped for the best. Today my final bill from Ace Automotive had the $20 charge for After Hours login missed. I called U-Haul back, and they said the billing issue needed to be fixed by Ace Automotive. I called Ace Automotive and was told the bill couldn't be fixed on their end and U-Haul had to do it. I called U-Haul back and had to request the number of the next regional manager. I requested the bill be fixed by the manager, and I haven't seen an adjustment to my credit card yet. Almost nothing was noted for Ace to follow from my 2 customer service calls. Essentially, U-Haul needs to solve the disconnect in their billing policy and communication.Sarah A.

This guy blew up my phone the entire time I had the U-Haul wanting to double check that I had the proper address as there are 3 locations in Gardner (even though I clearly new where I was going since I selected the location myself). He called and called to check that I knew the address and to remind me that someone else was taking that truck right at 1pm when I was due to return it so it was so important for me to return it promptly, fueled and cleaned! I returned the truck at 12:30 to be sure I wasn't late and he wasn't even there! He made me wait an hour for his return and there was no one waiting for the truck I dropped off either so he harassed me the whole time for nothing! And then yelled at us when we got there about how we could have stuck the keys in the drop box, except that with all their BS charges already we didn't wanna be charged anything else!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND DEALING WITH HIM EITHER.Daniel B.
