MARIA MThey could not access account online on their computer. Had trouble doing check in on phone at their location and so did they. They did their best but did not have access to U-Haul system. Very frustrating. Truck had no right turn lights or right brake light. Wiper blades were coming apart. Bad maintenance and safety hazards. Return in Louisburg Ks went smooth and they were very professional.
Linda GThe staff was friendly enough but it just took way to long to complete the rental. Felt like I was buying the trailer instead of just renting it. I don't really understand why it took so long, but it did and it ate up my time in actually using the trailer.
