Teach them to be true i asked if everything was up to par for my return and they said everything was fine just to have them charge me an additional fee the following day mind you they took my money immediately and after finding that the mistake was all uhaul fault they said they sending my money back still 5 days later still no return of money to my account according to them that's there system process I think that they just stealing and or using people money this will be my last time using them run don't walk away

I had to sweep the trailer out. I was told I could return the trailer to ANY U-Haul location and 30 minutes after I picked up the trailer I received a text from U-Haul with a location to return the trailer to. A location that was 30 minutes in the opposite direction that I was going.
