I not given the dolly I asked for, and given filthy hair covered blankets. They took over 40 minutes to process my pickup. Uhaul pushed my order to 3 different locations and ended here. Got an extremely unprofessional phone call about it and they also pushed my pickup time back by an hour. This was absolutely ridiculous for a $100 rental. I will never be using uhaul for any of my moving needs again. This is not a problem for the location, its a problem for the horrendous logistics behind Uhaul as a whole. Do better.

The area is poorly lit. The trucks are parked at the very back of the building, and I had to use my phone’s flashlight just to navigate around.

Tanya HIt was convenient but parking lot was tricky to get a 26 foot truck out from behind the business to the road.
DIANA SGentleman who assisted me was friendly and well mannered. He explained everything very well and made the process easy. The truck however did not drive smoothly I feel it needs some maintenance.
